You found the friendliest gaming & tech geeks around. Say hello!
@Gargoyle remember you can sell 1 building per turn to get a little gold. I'll try to send troops in but I have to wait for another nuke to drop first and not waste them. I'm going to see if I can gift you my worker as well for tile repair, not sure if that is possible actually but I'll try it.
Ready for my annual trip to the movies!
@GHoosdum can you maintain one sub and build some bombers? Move the sub out 2 tiles to get sight of units, bomb them, then retreat the sub back to your city? I think I have a few oil left for trade.
@Gargoyle I'll have 6 new land units in a turn or two, and I'll help kill the thing and secure the uranium fields.
In case you need to modify a game save file to force perma war (I'm not sure that you do) I looked up the instructions from the last time we had to do something weird:
In Steam/library/tools I installed the Civ 5 SDK
blablabla\Documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\config.ini
I set EnableTuner = 1 (have since put it back at 0)
Then I loaded up the civ 5 sdk and used a tool called FireTuner
Next I loaded up our game save, and FireTuner from there hooks in to Civ's current live game. You are given access to this thing called the LUA > console which lets you control every single aspect of the game
