    Desiring backwards compatibility is perfectly fine. People don't like paying to use netflix that they've already paid for, this makes sense. Not everyone has great internet, and forcing someone to be online with a console does not seem acceptable. One reason people prefer a console to PC is having terrible internet and consoles (to my knowledge) don't need to be online to play the game. I have seen that when you first put in a game in the 360 (and ps3?) you download updates for it which seems... strange. I don't think anyone has said "I want more kinect/move".

    Of course it's going to seem bad if you amass every complaint into one giant colossus of upset. I'm not saying every comment on the new consoles is going to be acceptable but some of them are perfectly valid.
