Ad-Aware 6.0 Bug

Not sure if you were aware...but in some instances....Ad-Aware does a dandy job of fubaring a DHCP client service in Win XP Pro. In some cases it deletes
the 'IPMONTR.DLL' file and since TCP/IP is a core service in XP, you can't uninstall and reinstall the protocol. You can't release/renew the ip as a result of this and and for some reason setting the IP statically doesn't work. Some dude wrote a handy little app to essentially wipe the registry of the proper files and give access to the release/renew command saving you from a repair/re-install of windows.

Heres the App link.

Theres more about this stuff here in case I described it wrong or something.
