Keeping track of the farm...

I noticed during the configuration of my client that you can set a machine ID. Is there a way to track each machines performance without physically having to go and check the machine's log file?

Last week I had a couple of machines fold but then they were unable to send their completed work out because of incorrect network settings. I only caught this by accident and lost a couple of days worth of folding effort.

Electron Microscope 3 is great tool that I use to monitor my machines. Go to www.em-dc.com for downloads.

There are several other monitors that can be located on the FAH section of the front page.

I always answer no to the network questions. I was always able to bypass the proxy at school. When setting up the client I put in mmonnin, 93, no, no, no and yes to change advanced settings.
