Need help with persistent, annoying POP-UPs!

Pop-Ups have been quite consistent on my computer for quite some time. Even Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D won't remedy it. Therefore I have posted my HJT Log in the hopes that someone could assist me in killing these $#^*&^# Pop-Ups. I have also included a list of the text URLs belonging to the Pop-Ups. BTW, During Spybot's removal of, well, spybots...I came across these: CoolWWWSearch.Bootconf
CoolWWWSearch.Loadbat
CoolWWWSearch.Msconfd
CoolWWWSearch.Oslogo
CoolWWWSearch.Tapicfg
CoolWWWSearch.Xmlmimefilter
I could only get rid of them one at a time but they always showed up in subsequent scans... ...

Pop-Up Text URLs:

    Hi!

Go here: http://short-media.com/download.php?dc=69 and download the new HijackThis v1.99 and CWSredder.

Open CWShredder and check for an updated version, close all open browers and click 'fix'.

Post a new HJT log with v1.99 :)

Woah. A thousand words of thanks for the super quick reply  ! Though CWShredder still doesn't seem to be able purge all CoolWWWsearch stuff, I don't think its too much of an issue at the moment. As requested, below is a V1.99 HJT Log after the ritual Ad-Aware and Spybot Scans...

    Download and run VX2Finder(.exe).
    http://www.downloads.subratam.org/VX2Finder.exe

Open the program and click the 'Click to Find VX2.aBetterInternet' button. This will attempt to find all VX2 related files and registry keys and when present display them in its logfile. To create a logfile, click the button named: 'Make Log'. This will open logfile using Notepad. Please post (copy/paste) the results and post them in this topic.

    Download these two tools:

    http://www.downloads.subratam.org/DllCompare.exe
    &
    http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe

Run Dllcompare, by clicking the "Run Locate.com" then click Compare button... when done post that log here..do not reboot because all the filenames will change otherwise.

    Killbox will be used later.

Go here and download FindIt.zip to your Desktop, unzip it and open the FindIt folder and doubleclick on find.bat. Let it run (please be patient, it will take a few minutes) and when it has finished gathering info, it will generate a file called Output.txt. Please copy it and paste it back in this thread.

    Download LSPfix from here
On the opening screen, click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox. Check all instances of "winlspak.dll" (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane. Then click Finish.

Go to c:\windows\system32 and delete that file manually.
