Comp. is running extremely slow-HJT

Hey guys...my computer has been running wicked slow. It took about 20 minutes to restart my computer, and longer to get online here. I ran Ad-aware and then I checked my HJT log with the database you provided. It seems to be running a little better, but still not right. Could you guys please help me out? I have to write up a paper due in a couple weeks...this is the worst timing possible. Thanks alot guys!

    Can you please do the following.

    ===============

    Scan with HiJackThis, then check(tick) the following, if present:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [iepeers] C:\WINDOWS\system32\IEPEERS.EXE
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [iepeers] C:\WINDOWS\system32\IEPEERS.EXE

    O23 - Service: Secure HTTP (Service Secured) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\csrvs.exe

    Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

    ===============

    Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure you are able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

    files...

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\IEPEERS.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\csrvs.exe

    -

    Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in "Safe Mode".

    -

    Reboot.

    ===============

    After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.

    You are welcome :).

    Go to;

    Start>>Run and type regedit
    Press enter.
    Navigate to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Secure HTTP (Service Secured)

    If Secure HTTP (Service Secured) exists , right click on it and choose delete from the menu.

    Now navigate to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_Secure HTTP (Service Secured)

    If LEGACY_Secure HTTP (Service Secured) exists then right click on it and choose delete from the menu.

    ==

    Reboot and check for that entry in hijackthis. If it's gone, you are good to go.

    I meant for you to check for this entry after following the instructions from my last post;

    O23 - Service: Secure HTTP (Service Secured) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\csrvs.exe (file missing)

    The entry is still there but not a problem.
