Microsoft online crash analysis

Hey guys...my computer went to a blue screen and said that it crashed. It had me restart and this page opened up. Does this mean I have a virus or something, or do I need a new hard drive, or is this just passing by? My computer has been running slow and jumpy ever since. It also takes a long time to load and makes loud noises. Help please, this is a disaster! Thanks guys, you're the best!
PS
Here's the page it referred me to. http://oca.microsoft.com/en/response.aspx?SGD=2cf636b0-82c9-4f07-9038-ca86da48a018&SID=708

    No problem :)

Not seeing much in that log.

You should uninstall either AVG or Norton. Having two or more Anti-Virus programs can cause all sort of problems.

After doing that, reboot and let me know how things are :)

It took about 15 minutes to restart my computer. I guess that I'm just really out of luck here? Just a side question for you too...How do I copy my backup file to a CD or DVD. It says its too big for either right now. Will it be small enough after I archive it, or should I post it online somewhere, or...Thanks for everything again.

It does sound like you have a bad Hard Drive or something. I'm not an expert in this area but if you start a new thread in the Emergency Forum, you will get advice on how to save your data and what to do next.

    Good Luck :)
