There should be a small hole under the tray, grab a needle or something fine enough and put in hole and push and the tray should unlock. Pull it open and remove disk. Wallah.
I have a cd in my cd rom and it won't open
so I can take it out so how do I get it to open?
An ordinary paper clip (straightened out a bit) will usually do the trick. Don't try a coloured paper clip as they have a coating on them that makes the diameter of the paper clip too larger to fit into the eject hole. A small metal paper clip is the ticket. As Datsun pointed out, the hole can be located under the tray to one side or another. On other optical drives, the hole is on the front bezel of the drive's tray rather than under it (e.g. on laptops).
