USB 2.0 problems
Yea, more comp problems 
...i have no idea why...but i KNOW i have usb 2.0 ( i have a nf7-s rev 2.0 and when i plug my ipod into the comp it complains and says "blah blah blah 2.0 would be faster" but i dont have any "!" in device manager so what gives?

Device manager should show at least 1 enhanced controller on that board.
I guess I would reload all the latest chipset drivers next. Remove em and let the usb be redetected. If that didn't work I'd maybe even do a manual driver update for the usb controllers.
