I need 10 XP Pro upgrades

For a client who's moving to Server 2003. I've got to upgrade the 10 XP Home boxes. Two questions:

[*]CDW and NewEgg both just show $199 retail boxes. Is there a better deal I can trust of is that just the price?
[*]I found some on eBay but they just say XP Pro upgrade. I need XP Pro SP2 to upgrade Home SP2...right?[/LIST]

For 10 copies for a business, it will be much less expensive to go through a volume license broker such as pcmall or something. I'll PM you.
