Program to backup certain folders?

I'm looking for a program that can back up certain files & folders that I choose, and back them up to a secondary internal hard drive. I don't want something like Norton Ghost that backs up the entire drive, just individual folders and files that are most important to me (pictures, banking info, work hours, Palm data, etc). I want to be able to just click one button and have it overwrite the old backup. Any ideas what I can use? Thanks

I think I'll try WinBackup - looks like exactly what I need. Thanks

I skimmed through it, but I guess I missed where it can only be saved in their file format... thats a bummer. So crossing that off the list!

You should check out SyncToy, a free Microsoft PowerToy.

I have used it a bit and like it. You set up pairs of folders and sync with a click or as a scheduled task.

Build your own like me using Robocopy!

i seriously suggest reading up on it, as you can rid yourself of all of yoru datums if your not careful.

I have bat files and folders on my desktop, all i do is drop the files i want to backup in the folder, and run the batch file and it asks me where i want to backup to, and off it goes.
