4) The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date via the email address provided and entry.

5) The editors decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6) No cash alternative or alternative prize is available.

7) No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.

wait, am i not allowed to enter, cuz, maybe you could put me on probation or something, suspend me from being an official "ICG staff member", but i could still write reviews under the table. yes . . . and i could write under the alias of . . . Jack Thursby . . .

And no I'm not a WCG finalist (mind you, I had to resist the urge to say I was =P) but I do live here...not in the army base, though I have some relatives who used to live there.
