msi gf4 ti4200 quality problem
Hello. My problem is when i play a game every 3-4 seconds the game freezes for a glitch of a second and then continues (like the game goes with 10fps) . At the beginning i thought that it was the frames too low. But i tried using fraps to show me the frames during the games and it was always more than 45fps.You really notice this when playing games that have fast movements inside like rally games,ut2004... Please Help me
