coolermaster vortex dream

i friend of mine has a p4 3.2 prescott with the stock cooler on. He got as a gift from another friend a coolermaster vortex dream cpu cooler. will it cool the cpu better or not??? Does it worth the installation???

    i installed it. it`s 34c idle and 44c full load

    Seeing as prescotts run a bit warmer than northwoods... seems good cuz my Zalman idles at 39C and full load (folding) sits around 52C.

    P4 2.6C @ 3.2Ghz

    How does that compair to the stock cooler?
