I have some old computers that I am turning them into music players.

I want windows media player to open automatically and start playing when I turn the computer on.

I already put the player in startup so it opens up automatically but I want it to play music automatically too.

I am not afraid to do stuff in the regristry.
The computers have windows ME on them. Is there a way to do that?

I don't know if WMP can do it, but winamp can with this plugin.

    Ok Thanks for the replys.
I see winamp is windows media player 5.5. The one I am using is 7.0. I wonder if that plug in would work with medial player 7.0.
I guess I will try it and if it dose not work I will download the 5.5 version

Winamp is not related to WMP in any way. The plugin will not work for WMP.
