New folding console

I see the setup for folding is a bit different than last time I downloaded it (yes, it's been a little while). My question is do I still need to restart my computer after downloading? I didn't restart and it said I've done 35/100 so far. Just curious. I put this on 2 computers to make up for lost time and I told a friend though...I'm not all terrible..lol

    Maybe you could help me with one more question. I have x3watch running on my computer also. That is an accountability program that monitors what websites I visit. Will folding interfere with that? You may not know, but it's worth a shot I suppose.
