Stock Intel cooler (if needed)

I've got "most" of the mobo accessories. (might have all, might be missing a cable or so. I know the backplate is there)

Setup is currently running @3.2ghz (YMMV) 2 SMP via VM with 3 gigs of ram.

I'm NOT looking to break this up.

Hey Redchief, assuming you just bought that combo:

It's an easy 3.5GHz overclock with good air colling, ample power, and well ventilated case. You'll smile when find how easy it is to ramp up that bulldozer of a CPU. The Q6600 may be a two-year old design, but they are still crazy good performers. The IP35-E is a motherboard that just begs for abuse - it takes a lickin' and keeps tickin' (with the occasional BIOS reset). Abit has personality.

appears so, I have 6600 folding when it isn't being an surround sound HD system to the living room projector. Pretty solid unit all in all.
