The best way for me to ensure that I don't overeat has been to plan my menus weekly, but it was getting too onerous to do every week. So starting for Jan 2010 I am going to plan the menu's for the month. This should also help CB and I cut back on our grocery budget that has crept from ~400/month to >600/month over the last year.
