is there any way to turn my PC into a wireless access point?

Is there anyway i can take the internet im getting through Ethernet and turn my pc into a wireless access point so other pcs and in this case specifically an xbox 360 can connect?

i'm using Windows 7 Ultimate

    I haven't been able to try it for myself, but if you get a PCI wireless card and bridge your connection to that, you SHOULD be able to configure it as a WAP to let other things connect to it.
    Internets wrote:
    1. disable internet connection sharing
    2. bridge your ethernet and wireless cards together
    3. create an ad-hoc network on the wireless card
    4. connect to the wireless ad-hoc network
    5. test connection
    Alternatively, is your 360 close to your PC? In college, I used to just route the 360 to a secondary ethernet jack on my PC to avoid the hassle of dealing with wireless.
