WTB: DX9-capable AGP video card (nothing fancy!)

Just need something Win7 compatible that can run widescreen res. Gaming cards need not apply, I just need something cheap and cool. Nothing more expensive than $25. I don't wanna have to pay shipping, so that means $25 shipped or $25 if I can grab it from you local to Ferndale/Metro Detroit.
