Decent laptop that isn't a Dell?

Been in the market for a new laptop for a while, and apparently I am totally unmarketable.

Looking for a laptop/notebook with at least/ approx:
============
Duel core processor at 2Ghz
100GB hard disc
4 GB ddram
Wireless connectivity
2 megapixel webcam
15" screen
Is less than $800
Is not a Dell.

Was looking at this:
http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?oc=dndozm2&c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19
...but after reading many reviews, and poor first-hand experience, I'm not that impressed with the quality/reliability of their product. I've checked quite a few places and have not really come across any that fit the bill.

Can anyone recommend any websites, brands or dealers that would carry something like this, or am I screwed?

Thanks!

I purchased this laptop last month and I love it. It's just slightly more than your price limit but if you use Bing Cashback you can get 2% back by going through Bestbuy.com.

Couple suggestions here. First off, Lenovo makes really nice laptops, and I pretty much recommend going with them as far as full sized laptops go always. Especially after my experiences with MSI the last year.

This one only has a .3MP webcam, but meets all your other requirements and comes in 200$ under budget (which can buy you a mighty fine external webcam).

This one comes in right at the 800$ mark, has Nvidia graphics instead of Intel and a 1.3MP webcam. IMHO it's quite the steal.
