Dumb Question - Ideal brand continuity tester

Okay so I bought this Ideal VDV MultiMedia Cable Tester mostly just for cat5 continuity testing because it was only $10 more than the REALLY cheap continuity tester I had that broke within a month of owning it.

It supposedly has the ability to test continuity of coax as well. The problem is I can't figure out how to attach the coax cable to the "coax test terminator" on the "remote unit". Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks y'all.

Picture attached. Pardon the mispelling in the pic :o

If anyone needs to know... I figured this out. Grip the metal thing that's not threaded with pliers and pull. A little brute force exposes the f-type connector you need. Boom. Done.
