[BLOG] DIY hardware store CNC Router, Part 5A
Hello all.
Today was a frustrating build day. I spent a good 7 hours working on my cnc. How, I just don't know. I really thought I'd only spend about 2 hours on it. It really turned into a battle of man vs machine. From the drill press, down to my digital caliper, it was as if they were all working against me. Maybe it was because I had my daughters playing around me today. There is something about a girls high pitch whine that'll just kill your concentration. Thankfully, women loose that somehow and can be ignored. Pssst... don't tell my wife I said that...lol
Anyhow, I'm too tired to go into any specifics. I'll have to give a recount of the design and roller assembly in another update. I will say that I am very pumped about the progress and over all am very satisfied with the strength of the table and rails. It really is turning into an eight legged freak.
