Does anyone have any good monitor suggestions for me to buy.

My price zone is $100-$250.

I was thinking of something smaller, such as 19" or 21".

My TV is only 32"....

Ahh, well, I recommend Samsung as I have been very happy with both of mine. They have a pretty good selection in that size range and in your price range.

I wish your budget was $300, because I would recommend this Dell U2412M

as such, I can't honestly recommend any monitor that is not IPS and at least 1920x1200 (1080 on PC monitors can DIAF)

but, for your price, any Samsung will do (I do not like "glossy" bezels, but each their own)

I have three of that exact model Acer, minus the HDMI. With a little color/contrast correction, they're decent monitors for the price. Though, I'd have Samsung if I didn't find a good deal on these. Every other display in my house is Samsung.

the biggest thing with "cheap" Acer's and such is there is no height/rotate adjustments. You get like 15% of tilt and that's it.

don't go cheap on the thing you look at while using the PC
