Selecting a 7970 brand

I'm looking at upgrading to a 7970, but I'm not sure what brand to go with.

I'm really happy with my gigabyte 7950 with the 3 fan cooling, but it sounds like they've put an upper limit on the voltage, which is sometimes beatable by flashing the bios, but not always. I'm hesitant to roll that die, so does anyone have recommendations for a 7970 brand?

If you intend to overclock, I recommend HIS IceQ2

    1) I'm going to be doing a complete rebuild for haswell and this is something i can buy now to scratch the itch
1a) I'm seeing weird display behavior on resume from display sleep and i want to see if it is the card or the display before the warranty on either wears out.

    2) cf doesn't work with fullscreen windowed / windowed mode
    2a) I can still CF 7970/7950 :)

    3) also your mom didn't think it was a small upgrade.

    4) if you know what i mean

No, but you can overclock to 1050MHz and get the same thing.

It's the card. I turned off power saving altogether and just turn off my monitors when I leave now.

Actually, it might be a driver bug I've been trying to hunt for a while. Can you both PM me more details?
