    I'm such a bandwagoner that I already had mine setup and what not. However my internet is too slow to stream anything properly. You all are saved from Monster Hunter for now.

    Well on Twitch.TV specifically at least 80% of your streamed content must be related to gaming; actual gaming. I know there are some broadcastors that stream sculptures and cooking, but they've said several times that they can only do it rarely unless they have direct permission from Twitch staff.

    I guess I will have to learn how to OBS, Xsplit was kind of annoying anyways.

    Speaking of which, I really miss Own3d. Being able to multistream people was awesome. Three friends and I used to stream ourselves playing the same game at once and I could hijack all of their stream uploads and put them into a single stream, but twitch doesn't support it which is lame.

    I started playing with the Twitch SDK today. I have fun plans for an app if I can actually get the time to develop it. Basically it would draw the frames from a screen capturing filter in to a frame server, process (encode) the frames, and upload those frames as they become ready to the Twitch stream server. The idea being you trade of delay for performance and hopefully reduce dropped frames for those watching as well as reduce the cpu usage during your actual gameplay so there isn't as much impact on your fps.

    I would be willing to trade quality for speed. Currently I am streaming at 1080p+ but very choppy. What can I try to make better?

    Thanks Tush. Based on the current game of Lobby, looking pretty good.

    Edit: Even at 480 it lags from both sides (interfering with games and choppy video), 99% sure the bottleneck is my internet connection. Now that I don't work for the ISP, it is time to upgrade.

    I started trying to stream but it was only giving audio not video, I added capture game and all that so I don't know what's going on.
