If you want to play WaifuLOL, get patched and be on Mumble this Thursday July 24th by 7pm Pacific, 10pm Eastern. If we get more than 10 at the top of the hour then we'll work on splitting into multiple groups and scum play some Lady Lovin' League Yo!

Annie has a passive that stacks charges every time a spell is cast. At 3 (I think) charges, her next offensive spell cast will stun the target.
"Good" Annie play usually involves strategically using her passive to prime stuns (especially as a support) to provide kill potential in lane.
