digital thermometer

Hey guys, I've been searching for a digital thermometer that can log the data into an excel,word, or similar file. Ideally, I'd like to find one that is USB. I guess I'm not using the right keywords, or just not looking in the right place, but the only ones I've found are $75+, and I don't need anything professional grade.

Do you need something that can give thermometer readings of a computer or food?

lol, it's for a computer, which is why I posted in the OC'ing section....well, actually it's an xbox, just with a modified cooling system that I made. And I'd like to be able to test out my old laptop too.

This is the closest thing that I've found, although I'd like the temperature probe itself to be smaller....like the kind that you can measure CPU temps on a case.
