Actually the max pull of my entire system has yet to peak over 848 Watts with everything Overclocked and at full load. Idle she sits around 335 watts. I am sure I could get it to go lower, but with my high OC I have the CPU power state disabled. (these readings are from the wall using a Kill A Watt meter)
But that issue I had was with the ATI 5970 and the GTX 295... they just did not want to post with a 1000 watt PSU. I now have a Silverstone 1500 watt PSU which is showing to actually be over bearing, but hey if I add in a 3rd card it will be needed.
Here are the updated scores....
Settings: 902/1803/2202 1.125v Temps: Idle 35c - max load 47c
Well Furmark's rating have become 2nd best list as they do not support the current GTX 480 drivers. Most real Overlcokers use hwbot.com which puts me in 160th place. But than again those guys are using LN2 and DICE so they are not 24/7 stable systems
One of my GTX580's has failed me... a small transistor has fallen off. (I took a look at some images i took of the card when I first got it & you can clearly see the transistor was not connected properly from day one. So I now have 1 GPU on water and have some benchmarks Helps me pass the time for EVGA RMA.
Rig as described in signature OC'ed to 4.9 GHz.
Only running 4.6 GHz now due to temps, will get better when I get some water cooling. http://3dmark.com/3dmv/3492425

Now that's an insane score. Where's it all going to end?
Is that using both cards sledge? Did u manage to hook the other PSU up to solve the looping problem at startup?
Said playfully, the resident self appointed Radeon lovin troll....;D

I'll upgrade around October.
Yeah I am waiting for 3DMark 11... so far the water demo looks amazing.
I think your configuration will give the upper limit of 3DMark11 score one can expect, well at least for a short while.
