While Nvidia SLI has a fun bug I manged to pull off a run on one GTX 580 with my CPU & GPU at stock settings. I shall jump into modded .inf files and new drivers for SLI & than start my overclocking madness!

I did OC the CPU another 200 MHz, but it really helps when you have both cards getting x8 bandwidth (stupid me).

    AMD 1090T at 3.8GHz, 2 x 5830 at stock (800/1000)

I think PCmark knows I was running prime95 in the background! (it posted the thing where "your PC is slower than expected")

I'll re-post an after score when I finish calculating my power and thermal headroom and run it all in top gear.

I am quite pleased with these results. I checked PCmark and 5000 marks is about what you get with a single GTX 470 on an i5.
    (reference con a 450 is 783mhz, so at 950hmz thats around a 20% overclock)

Lesseee... Abysmal scores from the thread topic's bencher - P1142. Lenovo W520 4270CTO. Using the Intel graphics section of the CPU (intel graphics 3000), which was unrecognized at all. However, PCMark Vantage gave me a result of 8536 - go figure. :D Good thing I am not into heavy 3D or gaming. The physics score worked best (18.4 FPS), the combined score worked worst (4-5 FPS)

Also: FutureMark released an update to 3DMark 11. The results are compatible with the old version as well, but they're recommending everybody update:
    Release Notes for 3DMark 11 v1.0.3:

    - Bullet physics library updated to version 2.79 to improve compatibility with future CPUs and GPUs.

    - For most systems containing multiple GPUs, for example integrated graphics and an additional discrete graphics card, the user can now select the GPU to be tested using a new option on the Help tab.

    - Improved error handling and user messages for the most common compatibility issues.

    - SystemInfo component updated to version 4.5 for improved compatibility with current and future hardware.

    - New "More" tab with information about other Futuremark products and services.
