I prefer the Steed Stone, +100 carrying capacity and your equipped armor doesn't count against your carrying capacity. It's a lifesaver for my heavy armor wearing Orc Warrior...

I prefer the stone that matches my archetype usually and I sleep pretty often for that bonus as well. However, when I go into difficult battles or dungeons I want the Atronach stone for non-mage characters. Those dragon priests lose much of their power when you absorb half of their attacks.
