Unfortunately, I won't have the time to do a full update till this weekend. But the parts for the table are done and are awaiting to be drilled. A test set of rollers are done. And man these rollers are slicker than snot on a sunny day!

I'm pumped. I put it on a square extrusion and it just rolls like there is no tomorrow. I've tried it on steel and aluminum. Both felt sturdy and smooth as all get out. Thing is, this is only the trial version. I didn't even try for any sort of great accuracy.

I wish I could take off of work just to build.

Unless something major comes up, I should have the table and Y axis assembled this weekend. Hopefully I'll post my first youtube installment too.

  • Haha, thanks Mas0n. The micro setting on the digital camera really makes for some cool closeup shots. I followed your lead and use it as my desktop background at work. I found it really distracting...lol
