The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo soundtrack (Hollywood version) by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. I'm really digging this to work to - no words - just interesting ambient noise.
  • I was so pleased with that movie. So glad it didn't disappoint me. The cover of Immigrants Song in the opening credits was pretty sweet (even if I wasn't a fan of the opening credit sequence as a whole)

"Subterfugue for 3 Absynths" by Covenant from the Skyshaper Limited Edition. The entire 42:08. Yeah, I'm crazy like that.

Everyone should know Radical Face. The music is wonderful and haunting, and Ben Cooper is absolutely brilliant.

Metric, oh my god Metric. I started listening to this band about 3 days ago and haven't been able to stop. This is very quickly becoming one of my favorite bands. I can't believe how good it is.

I can't find one single song of theirs that isn't just as good as the ones above.

I went through the Metric phase. Eventually, you tear yourself away to breath.

Myrmidan did a video to Help I'm Alive a couple of years back - where the heck were you? It was super entertaining.

Hey guise give Canti a break, he is just now breaking out of his Katy Perry phase. Also,

Got talking about great album closers on Twitter the other day, and IMO this is one of the best album closers ever, and a great excuse to go back and listen to Z.

My father told me to look up Johnny Cash today, so I did quite enjoy his music so far.

I do listen to a lot of older music (Sinatra, Martin, Cole)

I find it surprising that I've never heard of Johnny Cash up till now that considered.

Old Ministry is so much better then the new stuff. I can't think of any standout songs since their Psalm 69 album.

Unfortunately I can't post videos from here at work, but listening to some old Bad Religion, Agnostic Front, coupled with some psychobilly such as Nekromantix, Mad Sin, The Meteors. I also got some nerdcore stuff thrown in there as well. An interesting mix to say the least.

@primesuspect - much more natural than Adele + a twang that makes an ex KY girl happy :).
