    People we're talking about this thing called "ACTA", I read a article about and it said it was worse then SOPA.

    They were shut down before cuz of the overwelming support from the internet. The link is to stop it again. I believe the acta and pipa are part of what the are trying to so with sopa again. Sign the link to stop it.

    pipa is the senate version
    sopa is the house version

    All of these things cause mass Internet activism outrage among 15-25 year old men who have never and never will actually read the bills. Petitions didn't stop the bills from passing their respective organizations last time, the President's hint that he would veto them and the economic uncertainty of the effects on online advertising revenue did. That's why Google and some other big ad supported web platforms cared so much.
