just a small question GPU usage

when i play BF3

should the GPU usage always be 99%?? my go's around 99 to 70 Mostly at 76% usage

    every thing on ULTRA but Shadows and AA and HABO? and 1920 X1080

    GPU usage isn't an indicator of performance or performance left unused. No big deal.
