  • I picked one up for my home rig, right here, right now, through your link.

You got me early before my mature decision making skills have set in for the day.

DISCLOSURE: I work for AMD. As noted in the article, I'm AMD's product marketing guy for all high-end desktop GPUs, including the 7850.

HANDS DOWN this is my favorite 7850. It is a beast and a huge bargain.
  • My first powercolor, and my first AMD in a long time.

  • Is there a card that performs better per watt? I don't think so? It's my favorite to upgrade somebody's OEM box for gaming. When someone is like, yeh, I got this Dell at home, but it won't play game's, normally this is as far as you can stretch without swapping out the power supply. It's a great upgrade option for existing systems.

I had a Club3D Geforce 6800GT, it was a great graphics card and cheap compared to other brands of the same model. I never bothered to check how it performed against other brands of the same model, I never needed to as the performance was fine.
