@d3k0y I think that the 30.19 comes from the base rate / total km. Its not exact, (I get 30.73 euro/ km) so I'm not sure. Perhaps its subtracting fuel costs?
When I've looked at the end screen, the pay has relatively closely matched the assigned value (minus whatever damage I've done, late fees, etc.)
Yeah I think I realized that after I posted it since I should have been getting a lot more money than I was. Kind of misleading I guess, it looks like you should be getting both, but it just guesstimates the total in yellow, from the white calculation.

That feel when you have just enough time to make it to your drop point... And then you accidentally take a wrong turn.
I tried to start modding the game tonight so I could toss in a very specific task for our comfy truck challenge, but I can't get the scs extractor to work. It keeps telling me it failed to mount the archive.
If I do get it to work however, I am thinking 30+ tons, and 1000+ km. France to Poland maybe?

Speaking of multiplayer, the developer has committed to releasing a "world of trucks" update to the game. A multiplayer mod is also in development (by a third party), with a tentative release date of September.

Had a super stressful day yesterday, did some solo comfy trucking to try to relax.
... 101 kEuro repair bill later, I decide that quick jobs are much comfier. (As long as I don't end up in an Iveco. Those things have trouble reaching 90kph.) On the plus side, I'm getting a lot better at taking curves at 80-140kph.
This looks so fun, do you guys get on mumble and pretend it's a cb radio?

Sometimes I just solo truck without voice to relax. Otherwise, there is mumbles, yes. I don't pretend it's @CB, though. That's what the guy in my basement is for. Hopefully soon I'll know enough to surgically modify his face and not screw up like the last one!
Also I learned there is an invisible wall around train tracks that requires you to use the road to cross them.
There also seems to be a glasswall that comes down when the gates start to drop. So yeah, no hurrying across before the gates are down. Effective way to shove your knees through your engine block, though!
