If we finished the basement and attic, we'd have nearly 5,000 square feet. When I was in that house being auctioned on Commonwealth (when Aaron got his desk) it was probably 30% larger than ours without looking any larger in the front. Ours tapers a lot in the back where many homes in the neighborhood do not. Partly a factor of being designed for street corner aesthetics, I think.
While I agree, a brand new renovation wrapped in a Victorian facade is a very small market, let alone that it's in Woodbridge where it's perpetually a seller's market. I wouldn't be shocked if they got 90% of their actual ask for it.
