Forum Guidelines

Here are our "official" forum guidelines, which were last updated 10/9/2008.

This site is friendly, legal, and focused on technology. If you keep those three things in mind, you won't have any trouble. If you want the more detailed version, read on.

1. Harassment, "flames," trolling, and just plain rudeness aren't tolerated at all, end of story.
2. Don't discriminate.
3. Please, think of the children.
4. No disgusting images, no nudity. 'Nuff said.
5. This site is above-the-board and legal. Warez, serials, key codes, cracks, illegal sharing and such (including discussion of it and linking to it) are all not allowed.
6. We take our Deal Depot & Trading Post very seriously. It has its own rules. Trade, sell, and buy at your own risk.
7. Use tastefully-sized signatures (both in dimensions and file size) and listen if someone says it's too much.
8. Political and religious debates are for another site.
9. This is a private site, not a public commodity. Keep that in mind.
10. Spam isn't tolerated. Violators are banned without warning. When in doubt, ask. Advertising isn't tolerated unless you ask an owner first (and we're quite nice about that with our regulars).
11. If someone has the word "Adjudicator" or "Admin" under their name, they're in charge. They also have the right to ban members from the site at their discretion.
12. If you get banned, don't re-register. E-mail matt ~AT~ icrontic [DOT] com with any disputes. We once banned the entire Philippines to make sure someone would stop re-registering. No kidding.

Report posts using the red triangle in the lower right corner of every post. You can also contact an admin or adjudicator ( forum leaders ) by private message with any concerns or comments.
