The Short Media Song!

Okay, I know this is crossing the line completely from supporting the site, to just plain sad, but nevertheless, the musician in me got the better of the situation.

Basically I was messing around earlier today, serenading my girlfriend on my guitar, which I can actually only play 4 or 5 chords on (I'm a pianist not a guitar player). So anyway, I was being silly just making stupid little songs up on the spot, when she turned round and said "shouldn't you be working on that computer site of yours or something?", it was then that a melody line just popped into my head (it tends to happen a lot to muscians) and because of my girlfriends query, I had SHORT-MEDIA on the brain.

So to cut a long story short, I quickly sat down and wrote a song about SHORT-MEDIA, it's very simple because of my guitar playing limitations, but nevertheless.

So anyway, where else could I post the song but here, considering what it's about.

I know I'm sad, I know this is probably a sign that I should spend a little less time at the site from now on, but nevertheless, what's done is done.

(Being in the Television biz I work in studios all the time. I'm astounded that you made the words "Short-Media" musical. Bravo on such a fun piece! I was fully expecting the drums to kick in about 1:20 and then layering your voice for a group vocal effect on the next chorus at 1:52....the party!)
