The guys over at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.tech-critic.com">Tech-Critic<a> have posted a download link for an alpha build of MSN 9.
Among the new features: an anti pop-up blocker, tight intergration with Windows Explorer, Alerts intergrated into Dashboard and a Traffic Report summary intergrated into the dashboard.
