Training for what MrBill?
I'm an Outbound Operations Manager for an Automotive Parts Distribution Warehouse. I oversee all facets of our Distribution Center from the time an order is placed until it is delivered to a Parts Store. We deliver overnight, on 30 trucks, to 8 states from the facility I where I work.

Printing the order
Pulling the order
Checking the order
Packing the order
Loading the trucks
Delivering the parts

I have about 200 people working for me. We handle 70,000+ pieces per day.

I'm going to the main distribution center (corporate headquarters) to see how they do all these processes to see if we can do it better at our distribution center.

Leaving in about 1-1/2 hours. I have to drive 7 hours to get there. :eek:
