FX5200 - Flashed Wrong BIOS

Can any1 plzz help me with my fx 5200.... i have flashed the wrong bios...the screen comes all blank and dirty!!!! is there any way to get the old bios back...i mean i have the back up...but how do i install the backup plzzz help thanks........

do you have an old PCI video card kicking around? hopefully you do, otherwise, you're essentially screwed.

first, take out the FX5200 and pop in the PCI card. turn the computer on. go into the bios and set it to read the PCI vid card first. This may not even be necessary. do it anyways though.

shut down the computer as soon as the computer wants to boot to your OS. Reinstall the FX5200. turn on the computer. Reflash the card with the good bios
