Well since I'm going by air I gotta ship my rig (w/o monitor) via UPS or Fedex. What should I take out and ship seperately? I'm guessing the heatsink and video card but I don't know about the hard drives. Should I disassemble it completely and ship it in a big box?

Yes HS is a must. That should be taken off. If you dont take it apart, make sure everything is screwed in nicely.
