Registration confirmation

Hi guys... I noticed when signing up that there isn't a mechanism for confirming registration... I think you probably should have something in to stop people from using bogus email addresses or more importantly *other people's* email addresses.

Like the standard email that gets sent out to activate your account.

Fixed... We were waiting for mail support to be fixed, and then when mail was fixed, forgot to turn on email registration. :)
