Watch the wiring hanging from the ceiling... we're still working on a few things :) For instance, you'll notice the smilies are just the default ones. That will change in the coming week.

We decided it was most important we launch the forum, rather than wait until everything was perfect. You guys (and ladies) need to have your home back, and we were anxious to have one open for you.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to Buies, Tigsman, and the entire crew at amdforums.com for tolerating us for so long. You guys are absolutely the classiest people on the internet. I only hope we can repay the favor some day.

i've been a die-hard (lol) amdmb member for quite some time, and seeing all the ruckus about the new 'shortmedia' site in the folding forum inspired me to check it out..
Well, all i can say is that you guys did/are doing a GREAT job on this site..
It's layout, color scheme, variety of forums, ect ect are awesome..
I'm so impressed i might start frequenting this site, too :D

Read Post Count thread (http://www.short-media.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=64) ;) It is not included/needed here and it's saving lots of queries to the database :)

Yeah I read it looks like Citrixmeta finally won at ebay, but I don't know what is he planning to do now. If icrontic 2.0 comes to the scene, what will we do? it's not good to have separate places. It's my opinion. Now we are all having a great time like old friends that met again after a lot of years, I wouldn't like to have any reason to start any discussion "stay here or move to the new icrontic?" :scratch:

Hey sforza, welcome to our site.

There really isn't any discussion necessary. Some will post exclusively here, some will fade out and move to icrontic, and some (such as myself) will be actively posting at both. Just do whatever you have the time/energy for, and post at whatever forums you feel like, there's no love lost. Our management and Icrontic's management are on excellent terms; we are all friends, so there's no hard feelings either way.
