Best way to compress?

I have about a 2 gig mini dv file that I've been editing in premier. I'm wondering what the best codecs to use are in order to get the file size way down. I need it to be something like 30mb or less. The file is about 10 min long with audio.

It would look crappy, but maybe DIVX or XVID I think. Butf or compadibility you may want to try Sorenson or Sorenson 3.
