If Raffi ( Citrixmeta) knew I was posting this he would kick my butt. But I feel the need too.

Raffi was scammed by a *($#@() that is local to him. Raffi sold a PC to him and he recieved the paypal So he meet up with the guy and gave him the pc. The bastard reversed the payment and now collection agencys are on his butt and there is nothing he can do about it. 400 bucks in teh hole.

Now in a community we are to help our brothas when in need. I feel if we cant collect all of the sum maybe just alittle bit to help ease the 400 bucks being stolen from him.

If you are willing to help our brother in need. Please send me a PM. I know I am donating some so even if you only have a couple bucks in your paypal anything will help

Both Icrontic and SM have been asked because both sites are basically one site in my eyes!

So thats why he is selling everything.

There is nothing he can do anymore?

Someone could always buy some of his stuff. That would cover the $400.

Yes you should share this shady f*c*e*s info here. Paypal account, email addy, name, and more importantly his home IP addy.

I am sure we could probably drop a little revenge on his punk a$$.

I cant believe someone can get away with this $hit. What he really needs is a good hearty a$$ whooping, but I am guessing he is in Canada which is a long drive for 1 ass whoopin. 2 maybe, but not just 1.

NO, YOU SHOULD NOT AND WILL NOT! This is one person's word against another. You post the name or other identifying information publicly - that becomes libel.

Citrix - personally, I believe you. But this site, Short-Media cannot take a position unless the site administrator has proof that what you say is true. If members wish to pass personally identifying information through email or private messages, that's their business. That's person to person. If you post such on a site page, it can be construed as tacit Short-Media endorsement.

Additionally, Citrix, I highly recommend you contact the effective and efficient gang of great guys at Trollhunters (http://www.trollhunters.com/) . They often get results; they are also an excellent central point for information on known internet private trading thieves.

I can't stress enough how I can totally feel for you right now. That crap is the WORST, when you walk around and look at everything and keep thinking, 'okay, what ELSE is missing' and then you think you've got it all figured out and then an hour, a day, a week later you realize "OH ****, MY SUCH-AND-SUCH IS GONE TOO" and the whole thing revists you. God damn, what a pile of crap. I'm really thinking of you tonight, Raffi. Man, you know if there's anything I can do for you, just ask.

If the payment was received then paypal should of at least locked the funds on the deal while they investigated and not just reversed a completed deal. They won't let the buyer just decide to reverse it. The receiver can. Sounds pretty weird. Would love more info. Like what paypal said when you called them. Since ebay bought them I have had terrific support from Paypal.

well to keep it simple, they accused me of not delivering the goods, and when they asked for proof (a tracking number), i did not have one since the guy was local.

paypal: "tuff luck, time to pay"

and i said : "well, he got his goods!!! he gave me a positive feedback on ebay!!!"

paypal: "we cant help u there"

Tex

I shop for ebay stuff just from local guys on many items to avoid shipping But I pay cash and get a receipt for goods to prove to ebay I paid. And no matter what you got to give him a receipt that he signs like any buisness deal. You sold something and if its on ebay or not you handle it like a buisness if there is anything but piddling money involved. And that means when you deliver goods or pay for anything you get a signed receipt for goods or cash paid.
