PHP or Invision Board?

I just changed the host for my website. On the last host we used Invision Board and it worked very well. With this new host I setup a PHP forum and an Invision just for the heck of it. Now, I'd like which route would make sense. I have to wait until my nameservers are cleared up before I can really mess with PHP but I'd like some opinions from you guys. The last forum was relatively popular. About 130 registered members, maybe 65 regular posters, when I shut it down there were almost 12,000 posts. I'm not sure if that would play a role in the type of forum I would use but the info might prove useful.

Any information you guys could provide would be awesome. I have 0 experience with PHP but I have used Invision board for about 2 years. Anything you guys can give me would be great :). Thanks.

EDIT: I should clarify that I'm talking about phpBB not Nuke. Sorry for any confusion.

I've always like Invision boards better than phpBB... Of course, we highly recommend vBulletin :D but if cost is a factor, then I would recommend IPB.

I'm kind of leaning that way as well. The admin control panel seems to be missing half the options IPB has. Any idea where to get good free skins for IPB to try out? I've yet to find a site that offers anything along those lines. I'm using IPB version 1.3. Thanks in advance.
