Rio 800 software.

My son has a Diamond Rio 800 mp3 player. He's been having loads of trouble with it so I'm trying to update it. All the drivers\firmware I can find is for ME, 2000 but I can't seem to find anything for xp. Does anybody know where I might find it or is there an alternative to rios software?

Well I managed to find an xp driver and a firmware update. Also I managed to get the player into media player (supported devices) so I can transfer files from there. The rio software is really bad, it's much easier with MP9.
